We want you to be fully satisfied with your Pink Nekta purchase. Due to Sanitary Concerns and the nature of Our Products, we do not accept returns, cancellations and/or refunds. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please note that we can only accept returns on certain products and at the Company's Sole Discretion. Returnable items must be returned in the condition that they were received—NOT OPENED, USED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number.
To receive a return authorization number and shipping address, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Pink Nekta is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 3 days from the day the items have reached the Final shipping destination (Delivered) for a full refund, exchange, or store credits. Sale items can only be return if delivered damaged and will only be granted store credit or exchange. Store credits can be used online or in store and are to be used within 6 months of issuance date.
Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality of merchandise check. Trackable shipping services and purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended for return items. Returned Items are subject up to 20% restocking and return processing fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your method of payment account. International refund can take up to 14 business days.
