Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Refund Policy
Products
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged items at our discretion.
Services
- Service payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a credit.
- No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped.
